 Music lovers everywhere understand the importance of the 12 inch Album Cover - not to mention the good old 12 inch single!. It is iconic in music history. From Elvis, The Beatles, The Eagles, Prince, Nirvana and now Billie Eilish the album artwork has inspired and generated conversations.

This collection of art pieces is my homage to that legendary format. Most (though not all) piece has been influenced by the album artwork of the featured artist, but is unique as well. A true homage to one of the original musical formats, as well as nod of appreciation to the artist. Perfect to pimp up your walls with. Even more perfect for a loved one who is a music lover and a fan of any artist featured here.

Indie Gods don’t come much bigger than The Pixies. And that’s despite a very short career on their first outing.

Doolittle is a must in every indie kids record collection, with Rock Anthems such as Debaser, Gigantic and Wave of Mutilation perfectly balanced by the more poppy Here Comes Your Man and Monkey Gone To Heaven.

I loved writing this poem using their song titles, because I knew the second I scanned the full list that there was amazing (if slightly off kilter) imagery available to me.

The artwork is influenced by Album artwork, and a beautiful art print I own by Todd Alcott Graphics.
